I use a water bottle cap to do this Ring Pin Cushion. I hand stitch the water bottle cap upside down with RED felt and ribbon and added polyfil fiber on top before closing it. I stitch the ring with a ribbon to my finger size and i like it because it is light & handy, plus convenient and easy to use.
